CEO/ED opportunity for large non-profit organization headquartered in Westchester, New York. This agency delivers crucial programs and services across several New York counties north of New York City. Multicultural and multidisciplinary, the organization operates highly successful, evidence-based programs in early education, youth and senior development, community and family services, workforce development and other related services. The annual budget exceeds $30 million and the agency has more than 500 employees.
Qualified candidates should have at least 6 years of professional experience in an administrative leadership role at a similar organization where program and service delivery is regularly assessed and reported on and where multiple budgets are strategically designed to support the organization’s mission and are managed on a consolidated basis.
Academic background should include, but not be limited to an MBA, MPA, JD or an approved equivalent. The CEO/ED will provide transformative, sound and comprehensive leadership across all areas of the organization in pursuit of its mission.
