Bachelor’s degree with work experience in community action, human services, and/or non-profit. Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative, assertive and the ability to multi-task and work with people from diverse backgrounds. Bilingual (English/Spanish). The position requires frequent local travel so the candidate must be a licensed driver with a car.
